"The driver was friendly and punctual, however we booked for 8 people and his 2nd seatbelt in the front of his vehicle didn't work. He proceeded to tell me this was booked for 7people and needed to put his vehicle into mercedes to be fixed. I didn't feel very safe travelling without a seatbelt, but had no other option. Not very impressed."
