"The booking went wrong from the start. I wanted the taxi at Midnight and the booking system does not allow you to enter 23.59. I realised that the system is not foolproof and this ambiguity in the time would potentially be an issue, so I called the taxi company on the day before to make sure it was understood. However despite this they still came the wrong day. On the correct day I called several times to see if the taxi was coming and could get no definitive answer. In my follow up complaint, the company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I used this company because I thought that it would be more professional that a local taxi company but I realise it is no better and indeed I paid way more than I would with a local company. Would not recommend such a service, book direct."
"This booking was confirmed as cancelled. I then received a call at 18.30 that the cab had arrived, which by that time I already had made alternative arrangements, because of being informed of the initial cancellation!
